Golden Gods: Metallica

In honor of Metallica playing at the 5th annual Golden Gods Awards, the theme for the award show was dubbed ‘Metallica Island’ inhabited by the ‘Cathula’ mythological creature from the print campaign. Icons from Metallica’s album art were embedded in the landscape of the concert main title and graphic package. Shot on location in Iceland and Green Harbor, Mass.
